What is your package protection policy?

We offer optional package protection through ShipInsure at checkout.

How do I file a lost or stolen package claim?

If you purchased ShipInsure, you’ll receive an email after placing your order with instructions for filing a claim and your ShipInsure ID number. If you can’t find that email, you can still file a claim by visiting ShipInsure’s claim page and entering your order email address and order number.

What happens if my claim is approved?

Approved claims are either refunded within 2 business days to the original payment method, or a replacement order will be shipped to you with a confirmation email once it has been processed.

How long do I have to file a claim?

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information.

What is your return and refund policy if I didn’t purchase ShipInsure?

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of every can. If you receive a defective or damaged product (leaking, dented, etc.), contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue and your order number.

What if I don't like the flavor I ordered?

We're unable to offer refunds on opened products due to the nature of consumable beverages. If you'd like to try a different flavor, reach out to us, we're happy to help you find your fit on your next order.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship the correct item to you right away.
